Foyer B: registration, breaks

D.AUDI: main conference room. Acces is on the first floor. Take the outside stairwell in the D building closest to the Foyer, enter the doors on your left hand side.

B: breakout rooms. In the B-building, take the elevator or stairs to the third and fourth floor. All rooms are in the same corridor, behind the doors next to the elevator. Bathrooms are on the ground floor of the B building, and second (ladies) or third (gents) floor, first door on the right in the corridor opposite to the elevator.

Wireless Access at University College Ghent is self Service just follow the following steps

• . Connect to the wireless network with SSID hgguest
• Open your web browser, you will be redirected to the guest portal page
• . Click the link "Create guestuser"
• . Enter your name and email address (other fields are optional) and click "Ok"
• . You receive a user name and password that can be used for 4 hours. Copy them somewhere.
• . Click "Ok" to return to the portal page.
• . Enter your assigned user name and password and login
• . Read and accept the Acceptable Use Policy
• . Done, you have network access for the next 4 hours
