Ramses is part of Cisco Technical Services where he works in regional TAC driving Solution Support. His main job consists of supporting customers to implement and manage ACI, DNA, Flexpod and vBlock infrastructures. He has a very strong background in computing, networking and storage and has 15+ years of experience deploying enterprise and service provider datacenter solutions.
