Lifecycle Content Management with Katello and Foreman

Katello, a plugin to The Foreman, provides the ability to pull down Operating System packages and updates, create snapshots in time, and move those snapshots through defined Lifecycle Environments. In this talk I will walkthrough recommended repository configuration and best practices, demonstrating the creation of filtered snapshots and moving those snapshots through testing and production environments. We will touch on supported types of content such as Yum repositories Puppet modules, file repositories, and Debian content.
