Immutable infrastructure isn't the answer

Working exclusively with Cloud since 2011 (AWS and GCP) you might expect me to be a proponent of immutable infrastructure. Instead, let me show you why immutable infrastructure doesn't fit for the majority of cloud deployments, and what you should do instead.
