While each startup has the luxury of the greenfield approach and can choose from limitless offers and tools in various clouds, big enterprises still have long-running servers and a highly diverse landscape, which has to be maintained and configured.

Janos started playing with Linux on Gentoo during University and got quickly spoiled by the endless possibilities on the command line (learning a lot of magic by sorting out the issues with Stage-2 installs). After having started at Operations for BMW, he later became member of the Solution Team and since then he is working within a small team to continuously evolve the Linux landscape inside the company.
